It is its own life force...capable of taking over lesser souls who try and wear the armor (Odin, Thor, Loki, possibly others can overcome the will of the Destroyer). I'd also put Cyttorak slightly above Odin (it's pretty close though) but the Destroyer takes this....it can make people beyond Odin (especially if its Odin in it), and like people have been saying, 8th DJ isn't 100% Cyttorak.
