iceman easily. Sure, he can be "melted", but as long as there is moisture in the air, he can completely reform his body in seconds (and guess what, there is ALWAYS moisture in the air). Yeah, i personally hate bobby, but because marvel has decided to make him into a god (albeit, not a very powerful god, but a god nonetheless) he is only that much more annoying.

when did they make him a god? do you mean herald?
and i think iceman will win aswell wouldnt his iceprojectiles seriously hurt the torch unless he was hot enough to melt them on contact

no, by "god" i simply meant that he is immortal. nomatter how many times he is destroyed, he can always reform his entire body by absorbing water in the air....
