well scoobless i'd say u got urself a winning team there since infinity and eternity are the same they'll destroy each other, so eternity's gone, king thor could take down apoc, parallax could take onslaught, and the phoenix force could take galactus with some help from the asgardian destroyer, which leaves everyone else to deal with the living tribunal, so i'd say the living tribunal's screwed!
