The Shade vs Storm
One square mile cityscape in perpetual dawn. In character. They don't know each other's powers. Shade starts in the shadows so there's no lightning at the start of the fight crap.
For those not familiar with the Shade, he's kind of like Iceman with shadows except less "ice Magneto"-ish. Or better yet, like Pyro or Human Torch but shadow based. He was originally a villain of the original Flash, who he fought purely for sport I believe. Later he became a character in the Starman comics.
"The Shades powers are drawn from the Shadow Dimension. He can call forth Shadow Wraiths of various shapes and sizes to do his bidding. He can step into shadows and teleport from one shadow to the other. Light does weaken him, as it takes away his powers. He is also able to take most any injury and poison and survive it, and does not age."
Go nuts. I'm off to sleep.

well storm has blinded people with lightning(x-men unlimited #3 + x-men # 60 the one called ambush) so if she's quick she might be able to beat him. but people that manipulate darkforce tend to be really powerful so he more than likely wins. but its a good fight

you may be right but it'd be a good fight. storms lightning will help her out a lot seeing as it will hurt shade as well as weaken his powers

shade pretty easily. Unless she hits him directly with a lightning bolt, the lightning will just cast shadows all over the place in a city.
