Identity Basis: The Savage Hulk's mind in Bruce Banner's body.

Transformation: Artificially Induced: Mentally induced: When the Professor felt his anger growing and the Savage Hulk trying to get out, a psychic failsafe trigged causing the Professor to revert to Bruce Banner's body form as the Savage Hulk's mind took over.

Okay I think I know who you are talking about and according to this book on the Hulk Savage Banner got weaker as he got more mad.

Savage banner is pretty damb strong..he broke down the door on an aircraft carrier in 426..and also broke some chains. He still looses though...he doesn't have enough skill/durability to take down his opponents...
