With prep, B&N would win. Without, no.
Batman, with his gadgets, might be able to take down Taskmaster. However Deadpool would be a problem.

Yeah this one is close. Teamwork wise Bats and Nightie have it, Task and Pool have fought each other before, but have also worked with each other before. I think Taskmaster is just as big a problem as Deadpool. Maybe even a greater threat since he has encountered Batman before, and has his fighting style memorized.

Taskmaster and Deadpool would take this fight. Deadpool can fight to the death w/o dying and TM can copy antibody's fighting style. There will be no prep time, so I don't really see bats and NW winning this.
