Hulk wouldnt even matter, Classic full-God Herc and 8th day Juggs are both way out of his league. I have no idea. Neither one of these guys can really get tired, so i have no idea who'd win. Herc held up the world for thousands of years, Juggy punched inter-dimensional portals into the fabric of space.
