Pesonally i think it could go both ways but more tward the fillins just for the fact that the FF only choes people that they thought could get the job done and the fill ins all could but lets match them up

MF vs. Ant-Man -MF nothing else needed
IW vs. SS - Sues forcefeilds should hol off long enough for the others to join her
Thing vs. She-Hulk - Thing
HT vs. Crystal - HT

Surfer should win 10/10 in a proper contest. No prep can overcome having your mind shutdown instantly (which Surfer could easily do in a variety of ways).

Either that or just blow-up the whole arena, instantly atomise everyone or perhaps phase into Reed and burn him inside out...
