I can't see how Solidus was the perfect combination of anything.
Even with a power enhancing suit he got owned by a rookie.
The rookie was even tired from all the fighting, while he was still fresh from doing basically nothing.

Hey Solidus DID take out all those MG Ray's with just a P90 though. But Ray sucks compared to Rex anyway.
I think Solidus got the looks but the ressesive genes while Liquid got the dominant, and Snake just got normal ones.
