BB loses....he's got the tools but not the skill.....and which robin is it?? doesnt really matter in my opinion there all better......BB cooler though.......
If the battle got hand-to-hand, then there is little chance Robin's going to seriusly bring BB down with physical attacks.
That suit of his is highly advanced, it increases Terry's strength (I'd say to a superhuman type extent in all, though it's moreso in Terry's legs and upper body), it takes oodles of punishment (not to some high-end superhuman extreme, but alot nontheless), and combined with Terry's natural agility and street fighting-type skills (has the "using the surrounding environment to his advantage" thing down to a tee I'd say), flight, it grants him the moves of a fierce brawler who, nonetheless, knows the technical stuff.
All in all, it could be an interesting fight if Robin kept his distance, but we can't forget that BB just may be able to run him down, add that with the fact that he has agility to boot, that of which he uses to put trained assassins who have never missed their guy to shame, well, at least by their boss's standards. If the fight gets too close, unless Robin whips out those gadgets in a flurried fashion, the boy wonder is out of it. He can adapt to one to many styles for Robin to handle.

Robin is nice ,but Terry maginis,in his suit, is on a whole nother level.
The old Batman in hs prime would get ko. by Batman Beyond.
He is Batman, but with superhuman status. Basically, he is spiderman, everybit as cunning, sneaky, strong, fast, quick reflexes, agiltiy, endurance, durability, can fly, can emit emp, can emit electric pulse charge, can stick to walls, can be invisible(like predator), and can throw batarangs straight from arms and with as much accurateness as batman/robin.
Terry is Batman taken to the next two levels, from peakhuman-to inhanced human-superhuman.
He is the Batman Beyond.
Out of suit, he is good fighter and fast, and agile,(see fights when he wasn't in suit) and a bad mofo, but Robin old slaughter him.
In suit, he slaughters Robin, then goes and tells Bruce, and they laugh over some yoo-hoo.
The thing is that robin (or any bat character for that matter) goes against people which if u look at the stats SHOULD win....but dont....why? cuz Robin's smarter.....he'll think of something.....But i could see BB winining......it could go either way but id bet on robins intelligence.

BB is dependant on his suit and old Bruce coaching him...if Robin, I'm assuming Tim Drake verison, could disable Terry's tech suit or avoid BB attacks long enough to get in some well placed blows Timmy would win.
A 57 year old Joker/Robin was kicking his ass in hand to hand combat and Terry was in his suit.Terry had to pull his shirt kick him in the gut then run/flue away.
