destroyer crushes him. destroyer beats almost ANYONE. tack on supes, thor captain marvel and hercules and i STILL don't know if they win. they couldn't damage him, he could CERTAINLY damage them. took the flippin' celestials to smash his armor.

destroyer is about as bad as they get and it would take one of the higher powers to take him one on one - at least someone above odin level.

Lobo could always creat an army of Himself and thus destory the Destroyer or use His most powerful weapons to destroy it OR use the weapons He used to kill gods.
