BRB takes it. He's smarter (imHo) with his hammer's abilities than Thor usually is, and at the very least as strong as Thor. Plus, Stormbreaker IS a magical weapon and thus should hurt like hell when smacked into Supe's head.

i love bill, but i gotta go with the man o'steel in this one. i don't put bill in QUITE the same class as thor - experience alone makes thor SLIGHTLY superior to me (yes, even though bill did beat thor in the famous simonson issues)
Thor does have more hand-to-hand experience than Bill, but that'smy point. I think that's why he would fall back more on the offensive magics his hammer has. When you say class, do you mean strength? Because Bill stood up to Thor BEFORE he had the hammer. Seriously, Thor SHOULD beat him, Bill WILL.

nah, i didn't mean strength. i think physically, they're pretty much identical. but i think thor has the 'intangibles' - experience, the 'warrior god/never be defeated thing'. i just think if it came right down to a live or die battle between bill and thor, thor would somehow find a way to be the winner. i think supes would likely beat thor as well. i know everyone says the magic will be the difference, but supe's has fought a LOT of magic in his day and he's still standing. just because there's magic involved doesn't mean supes loses automatically, which seems to be what many 'round these parts think - not you specifically, khell.
i've always loved all 3 characters, but after all he's done, i always find it hard to pick against supes.
He needs to hit him with the magic. Going all out, Supes wouldn't allow that.
Supes has awesome physical advantages over most opponents. And I'd say that physically he is more powerful than either Thor or BRB. Not by huge amounts, but enough to make a difference.
And Leo - I agree with you totally. People seem to think that any magic involved automatically means Supes loses. It doesn't. He's fought more magical enemies than most people have had hot meals.
Supes has the experience, the speed, the strength and the durability to take BRB.

I don't really think that Supes would beat either even without the magic weakness. IMO Thor and Bill just have more power and ways to defeat Superman. What could SM do to really hurt either besides punch and I don't think SM could win a h2h fight with these 2.
