Make a team that can take the Doctors out!
Choose 5 powerhouses under skyfather level that could take out these 4 Doctor's out. Thanos is excluded. You cannot choose him.

The Doctor's get 2 days of prep before battling anyone's team. The challenging team has a week of prep. Feel free to debate for the for the Doctor's team or your team.

Loki: to provide some form of mental/magical protection
Cable (no virus): again... mental shield plus raw power
Martian Manhunter: fairly useful guy
Silver Surfer: very useful guy
Quasar: can bypass magic completely
The only successful teams I ever made in these types of threads had The Doctor on them...so I'm handicapped from the start.
1. Jenny Sparks - she'd just yell at The Doctor really loud, and he'd obey her, since she's the Authority's nazi-esque leader.
2. Adam Warlock - Someone who exists outside the multiverse (or whatever it is) wouldn't be affected by the matter manipulators of the group.
3. Genis-Vell - should be self-explanatory
4. Loki - He's better with magic than any of the four except the Doctor. He could single-handedly take down any of the other three.
5. Surfer - I'm lacking brute force...Surfer would do fine.
If Loki and Strange go at it, Doom is out of his league...even with 2 days prep. I honestly have no idea what exactly Fate can do, but if my Adam Warlock theory holds up, then The Doctor wouldn't be able to manipulate him and Adam would give him a good fight (The Doctor could still manipulate things around him, do he'd probably win eventually but not easily). That leaves Surfer, Genis, and Jenny to Dr. Fate. Fate's in trouble. Once he's dead they'd help out A. Warlock. As previously stated, with a weeks prep, Doom would be dead in a matter of seconds.

The Doctor from The Authority is above Skyfather level if he's played smart.
He ripped Italy into space with no prep. The Doctor without behaving like a slacker junkie is almost impossable to defeat without treachery. Witness the psycho doctor from the 60's. He smacked down Apollo inside the Sun.

No, there is no one under Skyfather who can take these people out if they are given prep.
They could all just go into Strange's house and play xbox, NO ONE can enter Strange's house with the intent to harm.
Look at it this way.
Strange blocks telepathy via his eye. Now none of his teammates are able to be hurt with telepathy.
Strange puts up a power shield around his team that took hits from Death itself and from attacks from IG.
He then uses the Eye to telepathicly attack anyone who is seen.
With his eye, he was more powerful telepathicly wise than MoonDragon with mind gem.
Then we have Doom.
He has more tech than anyone....mini nukes and what not.
Fate: he is uber.
No team under skyfather is capable of beating all four of those people.
Quasar doesn't by pass magic, he can only theoretically bypass certain magic shields....I doubt it myself.

Strange could harness the powers of the Vishanti alone and be above Skyfather level, easily. Add in Agamotto, Cyttorak, Wattomb, Dormammu, and a shitload of other extradimensional entities, and you've go a monster on your hands. A few of his comics even suggest that he could tap into the power of the Phoenix Force, though he has never done so.
Manhattan's borderline. He has powers like Molecule Man's, but on a much smaller scale. He couldn't have entirely stopped a Soviet first strike, for example. He's precognitive, but only in a useless fated sort of way.
Psycho 60's Doctor's the one who should draw an objection. 🙂 Even without the Doctor powers, he talked the planet earth into wiping out humanity while sitting in his jail cell!
