Wonder Woman (no powers) vs. Punisher
It seems a lot of people believe that Clark without his powers can be beaten by Aunt May. A big reason for that is the belief that superman has no true fighting techniques that can be applied without his powers.
So...let's up the ante a bit. Wonder Woman is an Amazon fighter of the highest calibur, with hand-to-hand technique on the level of perhaps Batman. Can she beat Punisher with technique alone and no super power to back it up?

ON A SIDE NOTE, IF WW has her powers, Than she can beat Frank with his guns.
But this is hand to hand, So I think WW wins and wins easy.
