Anyways, it depends on the situation. I really believe that when they meet each other at K-Mart and start fighting, that Dock Ock with his adamantium arms will beat the shit out of Doom.
Without them - normal Dock Ock - hmmm, no, I don't see him winning this one. So Doom 8 or 9/10.

doom owns this fight .....ock would have a difficult time hurting doom thru his armor, but the reverse is not true.....doom can kill ock in one blast...he is after all just a normal guy with some pimpin arms stuck on his back

And even with his adamantium arms, Doom rocks it out. Maybe we should switch to that battle, no prep, in K-Mart (). Doom doesn't have time to build a mega-robot out of the crappy tvs. lol I say Doom blasts Ock in the face.
honestly though......they are both incredibly smart, and powerful, but doom is in a bigger league....extremely durable armor...lots of weaponry , energy blasts, and a passable sorcerer to add some gravy to it. Even if Ock were to pull it out and drop Doom...he would find out later it was only a robotic double and Doom was planning he demise even as old Otto was still figuring out what happened.
Are you saying his magically forged nuclear powered armor that took blasts from uber powered beings and has has circuitry that absorbed the power cosmic...
