What's the new Supergirl got for power; we're not talking about that matrix creation, right?
And how did she come to be reintroduced, after her death in the Crisis?

The new Supergirl can do anything Superman can. Any she may have some extra abilities as well.
The ONLY way Wonder Girl can win is if she can somehow get the lasso around her and zap her with a very powerful lightening bolt. Wonder Girl is far more skilled and experienced. But in this case it simply doesn't matter.
Honestly speaking, the new supergirl should be matched with Superman. The writers gave her a serious power upgrade.
The only thing going against her is experience, otherwise powerwise she is head to head with supes, and arguably more powerful, although the showing between the two at Apokolips, during the whole Darkseid thing, could be because Superman was holding back ....after all this is his cousin.
Although that is even questionable, because Superman had to resort to a kryptonite ring to punch her with so he could knock her out.
However the bottomline is that not only is Supergirl beyond Wondergirl, she is also beyond WonderWoman. The only way they could defeat her is through superior skill .....and kryptonite.
This is not yesteryear's supergirl.
