The Team wins. they dont even need Magneto. High Evolutionary stalemated Galactus, and Apocalypse has stalemated High Evolutionary, that puts both these guys near Galactus-level! 'NUFF SAID
High Evolutionary did sort of tangle with Galactus, but it was Impossible Man leading him to his own homeworld that put him out of commission and temporarily killing him. Despite that, High Evolutionary hasn't had that much of a great showing. He was casually knocked out by a possible lower tier herald (I do not know the character's name) when he was inhabitating Ego, and... he was uh... "kidnapped" by Mr. Sinister.
Apocalypse is NOT even fit for even taking Galactus' heralds let alone Galactus himself. Odin wins this fight.
When Odin and Zeus fought against each other going ALL OUT, they caused MULTIVERSAL LEVEL SHOCKWAVES.
Those 3 guys are wanna be kings, Odin is a King, and a Skyfather, and his power against those 3 is like a quasar compared to a cigarette

Magneto-Strength Level: Magneto can use his magnetic powers to increase his physical strength up through Class 100 (the ability to lift over 100 tons).
Known Superhuman Powers: Magneto is a mutant with the superhuman power to control magnetism. He can shape and manipulate magnetic fields that exist naturally or artificially. It is unclear, however, whether he must draw magnetic force from outside himself (if so, then he can do so over vast distances), or whether he can also generate magnetic force from within himself. Nor is it clear whether Magneto's power is psionic or purely physiological in nature.
Although Magneto's power is not on the level of the Silver Surfer in his prime, it is for all practical purposes limitless. Even before his rejuvenation, Magneto once liEed a cargo freighter weighing 30,000 tons 50 feet into the air from a distance of 300 feet away. Moreover, Magneto can use his magnetic powers in more than one way simultaneously. He can completely assemble a complicated machine within seconds through his powers. He can erec! magnetic force fields with a high degree of impenetrability around himself for protection. Although Magneto often gestures when using his magnetic powers, he can utilize them fully even when standing totally still merely by concentrating.
Although Magneto's primary power is magnetism, he seems to have some ability to project or manipulate any form of energy that is related to magnetism. In the past he has fired a bolt of electricity, he has also created enough intense heat to destroy a metal door. Heat, or infrared radiation, is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, which also includes visible light, radio waves, ultraviolet light, gamma-rays, and x-rays. Magneto may be able to project any of these. He has also been shown creating an anti-gravity field, and presumably does so whenever he levitates a non-magnetic object. Hence, Magneto may be living proof of the longsought Unified Field Theory that all forms of energy are related. However, Magneto almost always uses only magnetism, so perhaps it is more difficult for him to manipulate other forms of energy.
In previous years Magneto has apparently exhibited powers of astral projection and telepathy, and has claimed to be able to control the minds of others. His abilities along these lines are minimal, however-enough, perhaps, to protect himself against mightier telepaths, but not of great use otherwise.
Magneto's ability to wield his superhuman powers effectively is dependent upon his physical condition. When severely injured, his body is unable to withstand the strain of manipulating groat amounts of magnetic forces.
And Apocalypse- Since Apocalypse can increase his strength by drawing on outside energy sources, his strength is potentially incalculable.
Known Superhuman Powers: Apocalypse is a mutant who possesses superhuman strength which he can augment by psionically drawing on outside energy sources. Apocalypse can alter the atomic structure of his body at will in order to change his form. He can even increase his size by taking on additional mass from a presumably extra-dimensional source. Through his ability to alter his form, Apocalypse can give himself virtually any superhuman physical power. Apocalypse's "costume" is actually part of his body, and he can psionically alter its appearance at will. He can levitate himself telekinetically.
Apocalypse has an extraordinarily long life span that has already lasted thousands of years. He can survive for weeks without food or water and can rapidly recover from injuries that would prove fatal to normal human beings. In the future, however, his physical form will eventually grow too aged and enfeebled to contain his vast superhuman energies. Hence, he will transfer his consciousness and powers into a succession of host bodies, abandoning each one when it too grows too old to contain his power
Odin as powerful as he is wouldn't win this fight.
The High Evolutionary has beaten Thor. The battle was completely one sided. Magneto took on the entire avengers and held them off without fighting seriously. One of the Avengers included Hercules, who is just as powerful as Thor. Then there is Apocalypse who toyed with the Evolutionary, not stalemated.
