Wolverine phones up his Alpha Flight buddies and gets Madison Jeffries [guy could take Iron Man himself] to make up whatever they want in a short period of time. While Bats makes up a battleplan. Like really a day prep is not going to do much if your going to build new inventions. Wolverine being on Iron Man's team would give them the four-one-one on....wait, I guess it all depends on what armour type Iron Man will be using when he goes into battle (has them already built). Tony is an uber genius, so he probally already has gadgets already made that he hasn't used yet.
