Power Company
Josiah Power (can transform into a superstrong rock form)
Skyrocket (Argo harness lets her flight and control energy)
Manhunter (Clone of Manhunter Paul Kirk is a skilled combatant)
Withfire (has occult conjuring abilities)
Striker Z (Living battery with superstrength suit allows for flight)
Bork (Superstrength and Invulnerability granted by magic)
Sapphire (Alien gem coating can create armor, shielding and weapons)
Firestorm ( Flight, superstrength, can rearrange atomic and molecular structures in non-organic materials, atomic blasts)

Heroes for Hire
Powerman (superstrength, diamond hard skin)
Ironfist (master of martial arts can channel chi into his fist for more damaging attacks or healing abilities)
Black Knight (has magical armor, shield, sword and has a flighting horse)
Whitetiger (skilled martial artist has claws and enchanced agility can turn into a tiger)
Hercules (Son of Zeus superstrength)
She-Hulk (Super-strong)
Ant-man Scott Lang (can shrink to ant size and communicate with bugs, skilled theif)
Jim Hammond (the first human torch has lost powers is stil an android and brilliant sciencetist

I'm not too sure who would win. The powercompany has the variety the Heroes have lot of invulnerable people with superstrength.
