They are more tactical.
Sandman can just move forward as a Sandstorm creating havok on the SP, then solidify and punch away anyone on his path, while Octopus's tentacles appears from the sandstorm and smack down the enemies, Vulture will blast them from air, Kraven will sneak up on someone and just beat the hell outta him.
Anyway major factors are Sandman and Scorpion.
SM is Class 85 Tons, very durable, versatile, fast, cruel.
Scorpion was Class 15 Tons or around that, superhuman reflexes, speed and reaction time, plus durability, wall crawling, leaping abilities, his tail can shoot plasma or acid.
Now he wears Venom's symbiote.His strenght and all his physical abilities were at least doubled, plus he can use mimetic and stealth abilities of the symbiote, create tentacles, webbing and he's bulletproof.
