Superman 1 million is just another version of Superman. Just look at how many threads are devoted to some version of Superman. The only other character who even comes close is Wolverine.

Supes 1 million doesn't have Mxy's powers but he does have an invulnerablity to magic which eliminates anything Thor can do to him.
