Full powered Destroyer

D.C Earth. No cosmics, no Spectre.

Odin teleports the D-man to D.C Earth, thusly, Destroyer gets the advantage of surprise.

No blowing up the Earth (Yeah, you kgkg)

Hal , Superman , Cm etc ---------- strongest

Those can't do shit to destroyer sent by Odin

Best they can do is contain it, or teleport it away.

Superman is about as cosmic as Havok or Cyclops or Solarr.

Manhunter isn't cosmic either, he's from mars. Don't you have to get your powers from a cosmic source and or deal mainly in universes other than your own.
