Well, Spiderman is class 10 but has decent speed. Namor is class 50 out of water and can fly and also has decent speed.
Warbird is class 50 and can also fly, she'd take Spidey out pretty easy and could go toe to toe with Namor.
Current She Hulk is probably around class 200 but is AT LEAST class 100 .
This is pretty much a mismatch, the girls win easily. Drop Spiderman and put in say Hercules and this is a better fight.
