Captain Marvel is being underrated here. Only good showings against Supes? Hes had a very good showing vs Lobo. He also had a very good showing against a moster who Supes himself couldnt beat. Hes also as strong as Superman. Though the lightning does help.
I didn't say he's ONLY got good showings against Supes and no-one else.
I said that he can only stand up to Supes BECAUSE his powers are magic-based. If they weren't, he'd get the crap kicked out of him.
Marvel ISN'T as strong or as fast or as tough as Superman. Marvel may be good in battles but he doesn't have feats on par with Supes', not that it matters in this fight.
Beta Ray Bill will demolish Captain Marvel.

Thats not true. If he puts magic on the fists, then yea he'll always have the advantage. However theres been times where he didnt do that at all. True hes a magic bases character, but that doesnt mean it allows him to do well against Supes. He does so well because hes in Supermans league in terms of strength, speed, and durability.
Marvel isnt as strong or as tought as Superman? Are you kidding me? True he doesnt have the feats on par, because hes not a top tier character. Hes done well in battles against Supes, MM, WW, Lobo, Sentinel.
