The only real challenge is Sentry, Talisman or Shaman could banish him to another realm or something. Or knock him out by attacking his mind, same with the other power hitters on the Avengers team.
If you added Box v.4, he would have destroyed Iron Man.
Windshear and Invisible Woman have similar powers, don't know how that would fair.
Anyways still have to think of who actually wins. Really tough call except Avengers really don't have any people to block physic attacks.
