Imperiex has destroyed everything in existence a few times (something Anti-Monitor failed to do). Darksied was even scared of Imperiex Prime and helped the heros try to destroy him. He even drained Apokolips of all of its power which is amazing. It would be a good fight but in the end Imperiex would come out the winner.
