It'll be the mutant team. I don't know too much about the Puma, but Bullseye and Doc Ock are humans who go down after one serious injury. Bullseye can hurl clothespins and pool balls at Wolverine or Sabes all he likes, their healing factors will protect them. Bullseye, by contrast, goes down in one solid hit.
Doc Ock's tough, but between Wolverine and Sabretooth, he'd get mauled. Gambit could technically ignite the man's tentacles, although he probably wouldn't be able to since Ock's move so fast. Nevertheless, Ock would get attacked from both front and back, and he can't ward that kind of flanking off forever.
And yeah, again I don't know too much about the Puma but he's not beating these three....
