By Aquagirl I assume you mean Lorena ( I think thats her name) and not Tula the previous one.
However as of right now the only powers Aquagirl has is being able to breath underwater and swim fast . I think she loses 8/10
But with her titans tomorrow powers I say she wins 8/10 over husk.
