...but a blast powerful enough to KO the Hulk will most certainly exaust Havok, if he's capable of it at all. Anything less will simply tick Hulk off. Hulk should take a strong majority.

Brilliant! I hadn't thought of that! Of course, Alex absorbs cosmic radiation, including Gamma rays, to fuel his his mutant abilities. How long did this "sponging" process take?
Modern Hulk wins to Havok...Hulk doesnt revert back to Banner except when crappy writers have their hands on him. When X-Factor went up against the Pantheon Havok hit the Hulk with a blast that looked like a nuclear explosion at ground zero...it rendered Havok unconsious and left Hulk "a mess" in his own words. Hulk went on to rescue Havok in the next issue cuz he was kidnapped after he fell unconscious. But Hulk has established he's higher on the food chain even if Havok's powers match up well against a radioactive opponent.
stupid post........... wy does ppl think its havok? like someone said, building crash! but havok would do something first so i bet hulk would just throw a car and kill havoc. if not, while havoc tries to explode the car, hulk jumps at him and you know what: hulk smash!
