Fighting Skills: Unknown training, but has held his own against Thor and multiple other gods. It is reasonable to assume that he gains their fighting abilities as well as their power.

Superhuman physical powers: Thanks to the jewel, Desak is "immune" to a gods powers. He can absorb them, redirect them, and even send them back to the sender. He has sent Mjolnir careening off with just a wave of his hand. With each god he slays, he grows even more powerful. It is unclear whether he can teleport as well, or is just extremely fast as to appear to do so. He does travel from world to world and to other dimensions as well in his quest to slay gods.
Superhuman Mental Powers: The ability to sense all aspects of godliness in a being and their level of power.
Imperiex would win, he has already destroyed everything in the DCU once and maybe even a few times (something the Anti-Monitor failed to do). It could be Imperiex Prime responsible for the new Crisis going on in the DC Universe. Superman went back in time changed a few things about Brainiac 13 so that has changed a few things Metropolis and it probably changed a few things in OWAW that happened but has not been seen yet. Also the DC Multiverse was NEVER suppose to happen anyway, it was suppose to just be 1 universe, but Krona looking back in time messed up alot of stuff with the universe so the Crisis on Infinite Earths happened, after that it allowed Entropy (Imperiex Prime) into the Universe, this lead to Our Worlds At War with Imperiex then thinking that the Universe was messed up (when it wasn't, it was just 1 Universe) went about destroying nexus like planets to rebuild a new universe that was perfect.
