U-Foes vs Green Lantern

Vapor-Body Alteration: Vapor is capable of transforming her body into any type of naturally occuring gas. Although not much can harm her physically, she is only able to return to human form for brief periods of time.

Ironclad-Body Armour: Ironclad's body is covered in a metallic-like and remarkably tough armoured hide, able to resist most forms of attack.
Enhanced Abilities: Ironclad has had his Strength and Endurance enhanced to monstrous levels.
Density Control: Ironclad can increase his density to unknown limits, gaining additional resistance to attacks.

Vector-Telekinesis: Vector's body is covered in a strange yellowish substance with strange designs. He is able to telekinetically repel any object (within a certain area) away from himself and is able to change its force of velocity as well. By using his power, he is able to fly by "repelling" the ground beneath him.

X-Ray-Radioactive Body: X-Ray’s body is a non-corporeal humanoid embodiment of radiation, immune to physical injury and the constraints of a physical body. He is also capable of emitting hard radiation from his body.
Flight: X-ray has the ability to fly
Origins:

X-Ray was part of a team organised by Simon Utrecht a millionaire, public official, and industrialist who wanted to simulate the crash that led to the powers of the Fantastic Four. He promised each member of the team super powers due to exposure (although intentional, not accidental) to cosmic radiation. During this launch, Dr. Bruce Banner (known as the Hulk) was on hand at the base, and believing the ship to be having problems, guided it back to Earth. The now-changed humans called themselves the U-foes (possible in connection with Utrecht's last name) and blamed Banner for cutting short their radiation exposure.

There a use to be a Mayor enemy of the Hulks just like the Galaxy Master who is proably powerful enough to beat every Green Lantern. Don't discount them.
