Hmmm ....well, Wolverine's fan 'pawa' (power for everyone who is not a Wolvie fanboy) should enable him to triumph.
Thus Wolverine, and his 'pawa,' should enable him to beat the 3 with ease.
In fact he would probably beat up Galactus, the Living Tribunal, and the Spectre for good measure.
And if he really feels like rubbing it in he would do it while simultaneously out-running the Flash, deriving a cure for the common cold, AND learning esperanto through a long-distance language learning class in Brussels ....ALL AT THE SAME TIME!

If these three are told who their foes are going to be and then given the appropriate prep time without that other team getting any, then it's only high-end cosmics that will have any chance.

If, on the other hand, these three get the prep time without knowledge of who their enemies are, then the list of potential opponents who could successfully beat them gets a fair bit longer.
Prep time that is set up in general defense against an unknown force is much less effective than prep time used to plan an attack and/or defense against specific targets.

As far as who actually makes that list...
