sometimes at a low level like making nunchuks made of light etc. It depends on the writer. Steve Ditko always gave wussy matter manipulation powers when he wrote and drew Captain Universe. The Sword in the Star had some that's true. NOt much though. Supes speedblitz would own any Captain Universe.

Ben is 85ish tons right? Superman is in the hundreds of millions of tons.
Things speed isnt to good either so even 50 times faster he cant match Supermans ftl speed.

Uni power makes you a high level 7 , Suzanne Storms strength was increased a lot more than a factor of 50, as was Spiderman !

It says in Marvel Presents it multiplies by 50 Yahs there is a scan somewhere on here.
