Without speedblitz you essentially handicap the JLA. They still have the advantage though. If they knew any sort of reality warping was coming, the GL present (or possibly Zatanna) could counterract it. There's far fewer in Marvel that have that sort of control over reality (Strange pops to mind as one of the few). And beyond that, assuming Sentry isn't too far beyond Supes, The Avengers are screwed in terms of power.
if thor is the QB, the advengers win, if he can throw the Mjolnir with great accuracy, think of the possibalites with a football.plus he has the hulk in his offenceive line, plenty of blockage for the god of thunder

I choose JLA team because they'll have the advantage. Green Lantern can just create a giant force field, blocking the Avengers from the other side of the field. Martian Manhunter can telepathetically link Batman's strategies to everyone, so there's no need for timeouts.
