Batman, as much as I dig him, has zero chance.
Man-Beast is basically the darker version of Adam Warlock.
He is VERY powerful, way genius, and on a level with Doctor Doom or Loki or Lex Luthor in the sneaky/cunning department.

Maybe if Bats had prep, and MB didn't, he might be able to take a couple out of 10. But, even up, no chance.
