If the spell is considered to be Dark Sorcery then yes, the hand should cancel it out.

Yes most beings have a soul (certain artificial beings can be forcibly given souls as well) , although as earlier mentioned the Magic hand takes out GR.

It's issue #46. After being "killed" by Triton (who had killed his father Poseidon and stolen his power), Aquaman decides to rescue Poseidon from hell. IIRC it's when Poseidon gives Aquaman his trident.

Good issue. One of the few Aquaman comics i don't have a copy of.
