too close but I think Invisiblewoman has a little more experiance. Still good fight. Windshear is underrated. if they have another (I mean when) AF series they should bring him back

Well done on the wiki article, Windshear's a beast.
This fight is really the same thing as an X Men vs. F4 that was done a while back. It basically came down to like 10 pages of determining who would strike first, Sue or Emma Frost. Both had more offense than defense against the other's powers, so it would only take one strike from each to win.
It's the same basic idea here. Who thinks faster? Either can kill the otehr almost instantly, so the bloodlust fight is a pure tossup.
Without bloodlust, Sue has a significant power edge, but Windshear's definitely more versatile. I'd go for her, simply because I'm pretty sure that she can blast through his shields, even without internal tampering, where I doubt he could do the same, if she's trying.
6/10 Sue without bloodlust, a tossup with it on.
