Wonder Woman unless she gets stupid and decides not to use her super speed. Lucy's vectors apparently not be seen or heard, however they only have a range of 2 meters so WW wins. Sakura's pretty much a non factor unless she got a hell of a lot more powerful after the ark where Orochi's servants kidnap Saskue (that's all the manga I have).

1. Sakura would be useless here. Lucy's only chance is if she can cut off WW's head off in the first blow.
2. Manga Lucy would kill Manga Sakura just for breathing the same air as her [I'm dead serious here, Lucy's an eternally bloodlusted monster in manga  ]. Then it all comes down to Manga Lucy and Comic Wonder Woman, in which Wonder Woman would perform a speedblitz faster than Lucy can whip up her Planet-Razing Vectors.

Y'know you could've picked any number of kunoichi from Naruto. Sakura is not that impressive all things considered.
If this wasn't a "Ladies Only" fight I'd say replace Sakura with Kakashi and WW with Spider-Woman. THEN You'd have a more even fight.

Sakura is actually decent now. She studied under Tsunade in the Sasuke Retrieval arc. Although, she would still be at a disadvantage, because now her expertise is in the medical field, and the only thing that would help her is her ability to focus vast amounts of chakra in one point and then release it at a specific time. She could win if Tsunade taught her how to summon slugs, but whether or not that was done is debatable.
