We really don't have feats for KC Batman....it's more about the story than about the character attributes.

Feats or no, in a straight up fight KC batman gets annihilated. That version of batman was pushing 70, and had a broken spine/back/whatever. He had Robots patrolling gotham FOR him. Iron spidey is the fastest, strongest spidey yet, with boosted speed and enhanced spider senses.

I'm definitely going to have to give this to Iron Spiderman as well (even though I hate the new costume).

Even original Batman vs. originial Spiderman, I'd definitely give it to Spidey as well.
