Too long.

Actually since Shang Chi is good he should be able to merely look at Karate Kid and know that it would be useless challenging him, and thus Shang would surrender the fight so as to avoid being unnecessarily beaten up. His sense of chi should tell him that Karate Kid is waaaaaaaay out of his league.

Anyways, I'd put the time needed for KK to knock out ShangChi at around 0.1 to 0.05 of a second (although he'd probably give Shang a look that would just make Shang drop down and give him 100 pressups).
