Ok I seen Venom give Juggernaut & Superman problems I have also seen Carnage give Spider-Man & Silver Surfer problems now Toxin is stronger then them combined and some where as fast as Spider-Man which means Pitt would be hit 500 times before he could do anything plus Toxin lifts 75 tons to and he has webbing.
