The Asgardian Destroyer....
versus two of the most powerful Marvel heroes....
Hulk and Hercules
only fists are allowed .. only physical strength (so the Desintegrator beam of the Destroyer is useless here)

i dont think, that if only physical powers are allowed, the Asgardian Destroyer can beat both... at the same time
Hulk destroyed a world... double the size of the earth.. with ONE punch...
Hercules.. hold the earth on his shoulders.... pulled the isle of Manhatten back to its origin....
Herc and Hulk .. probably..... could build the strongest team... by physical... raw... power... EVER...in marvel history...
