Batman/The Punisher vs 50 Navy Seals
no prep, although the Bat, in this case has his more advanced equipment: Kevlar-reinforced cowl and batsuit which can stop ne kind of bullet, memory cloth cape, Batarangs which include normal batarangs and the exotic ones such as electric ones, magnetic batarangs, and exploding batarangs. he also has his grapple gun, mini-mines, flashbangs, nerve and tear gas capsules, liquid nitrogen capsules, & nightvision.
Big Pun: The Punisher has an M60 machine gun with a chain of armor piercing rounds that leads to a backpack full of 300 of them, dual UZI's with extra clips, silenced Glock 21 with extra clips, frag grenades, class 3 kevlar vest which can stop rifle rounds, & nightvision goggles.
The SEALs have: either M4's or M16's with extra clips & M203 grenade launcher with extra 40mm grenade projectiles, class 1 kevlar vests each which can only stop pistols, & 3 frag grenades each. half of them have nightvision.
