The runner has gone totally crazy because he was cheated in a race and lost to... the thing.
So the runner decides to murder everyone on earth,
Who stops him and how? (no-one above herald level can intefere)
I dont know why i made this, just because hes deadly underrated and unknown.

I can see Dr. Strange sending him into another dimension. Other than that Xavier could try coax him into leaving Earth via Cerebra (with Beasts upgrade).
so wait, how do we know that once runner is sent into a different dimension he wont just return (in quite a short time at that)... and are elders resistant to telepathy? im not too sure
Runner would destroy everyone on earth so quickly I doubt anyone would know what happened with the Exception of Strange because of the shields on his house.
obviously he will be resistant to telepathy, but with Beasts upgrades, Cerebra exponentially increases Xavier's powers to the 10th degree. He will probably be able to coax him telepathically.
and Runner can traverse through dimensions, but there are some dimensions that are inescapable in the MU. you have to read some of Stranges comics to know which ones.
No one above Herald level? I think we can all agree that the Earth is doomed. Unless this doesn't include weapons, in which case Quasar, or someone with an infinity gem could show up.
