Spectre would probably stalemate him. Ion would meh probably lose by an edge. Same with Parallax. Superman Prime puts up a good fight but loses. Lucifer would put up well but win by a little.

Depends on which universe he is in, it doesn't help to have all the power of the Marvel universe if he is in DC. Thanos has beaten every Marvel uber character three times, why not make it 4.
Unlike Surfer, Supes would snatch the Gauntlet off of Thanos's hand and the disaster would be averted (Supes with a boost from Flash, of course. There's no "Speedforce Gem"). Once that Glove comes off, they'd lock Thanos in a cosmic power sapping room with a powered Superboy Prime and Doomsday, then come back a few hours later.

If there in MU there is no Speed Force and Flash is usless. However the Time gem would allow him to see what they were planing and avoid it all together.
spectre also might win since the presence has endowed him with power to fight the evil beast even though he lost, even the fifth dimension might win he doesnt have complete mastery over time and space if that was true then he would be equal to THOTU but thats not so there are levels of time mastery his with the IG was beyond anyones in that universe, but there are beings in the DCU which i put above even the IG, beings like spectre, and the brothers. but yeah most people would die i guess but even the fifth dimension might have a good chance MAYBE, maybe parallax or ion i put them above eternity but its a maybe.
