 Worried Superman vs. Elektra

Elektra has been endowed mystically with ALL of Wonder Woman's powers, along with her amazng durability. She gets her lasso and bracelets as well. Elektra still retains her martial arts abilities.

Does she have what it takes to beat Superman?
