He's an enigma wrapped in a mystery...
To be honest, I don't know too much about him. I do know that he used to be a reporter, who uses a fake flesh mask and gas to disguise himself, and fights crime. He's a little bit crazy. Still, he had the best quotes in JLU, by far.
