I think Shatterstar could drop the Hulk. His blade would cut him and his power is so that it would stop his heart or something like that.

Other people have cut the Hulk. The real trick isn't cutting the Hulk. The real trick is keeping the Hulk cut. That's a direct quote by the way. After Deadpool sliced the Hulk from the base of his neck down to the bottom of his back and it healed up before a drop of blood fell out. In that same book the Hulk was impaled on a pole and was still going. Oh, and he was dying at the time so he was significantly weaker than he normally is.
