Batman Vs. Deadpool

Deadpool's hired to kill Commissioner Gordon. Bats sees him setting up on another building with a sniper rifle... Deadpool has all his artillary there, ready just in case Bats were to show up (he was warned that some costumed vigilante may show up by his employer). Batman drop kicks him from out of nowhere, and the fight begins...

What's the outcome?

Keep in mind Deadpool's crazy regeneration abilities, and his ability to really antagonize his opponents. Batman's struggled with Deathstroke ... who Deadpool was copied off of... but he's still Batman for crying out loud! So who wins???
