He also has to expell the energy he absorbs in, I think, 60 seconds.
I'm not sure which way this would go, but I'm leaning towards Abomination because of Strong Guy's limitations.

90 seconds. Strong guy won't get hurt by the energy, he'll just get deformed. he's in constant pain, so he would be used to the hurt. strong guy flattens abom.
